Cancellation conditions and penalties

The cancellation conditions of a tourist package, as well as the amount of penalties, are provided separately in Annex 1 to the contract with the tourist, which is concluded when the respective package is purchased. Penalties can rise up to 100% of the value of the tourist package.

Eturia reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions at any time and in any way, without any prior notification and without being obliged to fulfill any formalities for the users. Any modification is accepted unconditionally and in full by the users of the website by simply using it, and non-acceptance of any modification entails the obligation of the respective user to immediately stop accessing the website and/or using Eturia services in any way.

Applicable law. Disputes
